The Effax Boot Miracle is a spray cleaner designed for use on synthetic material such as horse boots and patent leather to make them look like new again.

I have used this spray a few times when I have given my horses tendon and fetlock boots a good clean. First I clean the boots with some water and a stiff brush (I usually use a magic brush but any type will do), to remove mud and dirt. Once clean I will leave the boots to dry. When they are dry I spray some of the boot miracle onto the boot and then rub it in using a clean sponge. It’s left the boots looking so good! They look very clean, much cleaner than just using water and at first glance you’d probably think they are new boots.

Pros…

• Easy to use spray bottle
• Reduced the appearance of scratches and scuffs
• Made the colour brighter and less dull looking
• Only need a small amount (one to two sprays)
• Works on any colour

Cons…

• I could only find it in a small bottle
• Personal I’d like there to be a seal on the bottle to prevent leaking

Based on how well the product worked I’d have to give the product a 5/5 rating. It really did do everything that the description said it would! The scratches and scuffs from general wear and tear of riding and jumping my horses was significantly reduced after one use! These boots are used everyday so trust me when I say they are well used. The best comment I got about them after cleaning them was from my mum who went on to say;

“Those are fancy boots, where did you get them?’

Conclusion…

In conclusion I think this product is defiantly worth the money. It’s easy to use and it works! The Effax Boot Miracle is by far the best cleaner aimed at synthetic materials I have tried.
